The hotel is a good one. It has well maintained amenities and easily accessible. Room is spacious and the food is also amazing.

Check in experience was a bit challenging as my booking could not be retrieved easily.

The Regal Suite was excellent and simplybloved tge bathrooms and the bed. Slept really well after weeks.Room service menu and bar options were excellent.The cooling and fans were superb.

TV channels shoulf have more entertainment channels too (at least english movies channels).There was constant work disturbance noise from upstairs and the room next door.

I asked for a quiet room and was given noisy one next to a noisy ac or diesel generator. My request for another room was denied because the hotel was full. So,...

It's located at the centre of Mira Road so easy to commute to Kandivali and Borivali. Food stalls are enough surrounding this property.Staffs are good. Breakfast is elaborate. You get economical dinner buffet also here

Place is clean. And the location is good

Staff is very bad even the reception lady staff can't understand English properly and things we asked for has not been supplied till we checked out. It's like traveller's hotel

Food was good, bed linens and room was clean. Staff was pleasant

Toilet seat was broken. But the worst problem was the smoking from neighbors rooms and noises til 2 am. The smoke smell was in our room and our son who has breathing issues had a bad night. Either give families the option to choose non smoking floors or make facilities non smoking.

The only sub par hotel in the location.

1. Staff (receptionists and waiters) are expected to be more hospitable. 2. No valet service and limited parking.

Breakfast is super cool and staff is so grateful that they serve you per your wish.

They have very complex process to access wifi. Someone from out of India will struggle to get this connected.

The hotel was in a good location for us as we were visiting family in Mira Road

The room was not clean, on entering the bed sheets had stains and hair over them. Staff were unhelpful and did not change the bed sheets after I had complained. We were also not able to use a number of facilities at certain times, the swimming pool was not accessible during the morning/day as it was constantly being used for swimming lessons, there were also a number of weddings/events which meant main areas were over crowded also the gym was also not accessible for males at a good time in the afternoon which was not advertised. The staff didn't seem to care about our complaints on these points. Our bathroom also smelled like smoke and people were smoking in the hallways of the hotel. Overall, it was not good value for money.

Breakfast was good with reasonable options for all categories of people. Whatever prepared was done neatly and deliciously. Also hotel staff were accommodative extending the check out time from 10 AM to 10 Noon readily upon request.

There was slight delay in processing check in which is not a major thing actually but can be looked into improving if possible. Also staff can be trained professionally to improve their behavior to welcome guests which will enhance hotel's image in my opinion. Thank you.

Place a good and comfortable.. bedrooms are huge and all inclusive .

Rooms service food wasn't that great. Had ordered a potrice but got a fried rice with some thick on top. And chicken felt stale.

Worst stay ever

They charged me for the bedsheets which was completely unacceptable they said they have the policy in which they state that the Hotel charges as damage of the property if the bedsheets are soil we have travelled the world stayed into hotels but we have never encountered something like this. Even when they changed the sheets it was also soil but we didn't even complained about it
